Warehousing Terms and Conditions

1.Recording Goods Details

Before goods enter the warehouse, the customer is required to accurately provide the type, weight, volume, value, and final destination of the goods to ensure proper warehousing, sorting, and dispatch.

2. Compliance with Customs and Safety Regulations

All goods must comply with the customs regulations and health standards of the warehouse country (Iran or the UAE). Restricted items or those requiring permits must be coordinated prior to entry.

3. Packaging Standards

Goods must be packaged according to their type, temperature, humidity, and storage duration. Non-standard packaging may cause damage, for which the company holds no responsibility.

4. Storage Duration

Customers can utilize short-term warehousing services (up to 30 days) or long-term storage (over 60 days). Extension of the storage period is permitted only with written notice and a new agreement.

5. Goods Insurance

All goods stored in the warehouse are covered by valid international insurance. Higher coverage limits can also be requested upon customer’s preference.
